GREENBLAZE – STATE-OF-THE-ART MSW RECYCLING TECHNOLOGY

ADGEX has developed an avant-garde approach to MSW recycling with improved waste management capabilities, especially in cost-effective material handling, backed by efficient and cost-effective technical solutions in the fields of sorting, screening, disposal of organic and recovery of inorganic parts, obtaining outcome energy products.

GreenBLAZE Technology is eco-friendly solution takes a sustainable approach to waste management and energy production, reducing landfill dependence and drastically minimizing carbon emissions.

Trailblazing greenBLAZE waste recycling scheme provides for direct processing of both freshly collected and buried in landfills MSW, without preliminary sorting.

GreenBLAZE takes all sorts of MSW and turns it into valuable products through high-temperature decomposition in a contained environment.

This method is extremely efficient and does not involve burning the waste in the open air, making it a cleaner alternative for waste disposal and resource recovery.

In the greenBLAZE solution developed by ADGEX Company, after processing MSW there are no processed products left at all. All inorganic MSW tailings are ultimately recovered for commercial reuse.

Sustainability & Eco-safety Operation of the greenBLAZE MSW Plant

There are no harmful emissions and pollutants during the processing and decomposition of organic solid waste in the greenBLAZE MSW Plant. This task is successfully solved by an environmental Exhaust Gases Treatment Unit, which is specially designed for exhaust gases purification.

In addition to the above, it is worth noting that greenBLAZE processor, which is the core in the MSW recycling, is a closed-loop recycling processor without open combustion in which organic waste is completely processed through a multi-stage reaction vacuum-thermal decomposition of carbon-containing materials with heat release output, without harmful emissions, resulting in molecular synthesis gas and ash residue.

The Benefits of Better Waste Management

  • Low-Cost Operation: The process operates on partial oxidation with heat release, eliminating the need for additional fuel enrichment. This results in cost-effective recycling.
  • Versatility of Execution: GreenBLAZE Plant is supplied in a stationary version and occupies an area of about 100 m2.
  • Low Energy Intensity:  GreenBLAZE Plant consumes no more than 50 kWh of electrical energy.
  • Reduction and Remediation of Landfills: The result of greenBLAZE's pioneering approach is the fact that freshly collected MSW can be processed directly in cities and suburbs at the sites of its generation, eliminating the most expensive part of the waste management chain - transportation costs. Moreover, this approach makes it possible to recycle buried waste, gradually reducing the area of existing landfills and restoring the land, converting it to economic use.
  • High Profitability: Affordable CAPEX, low OPEX, output of high-cost products give a quick payback.

ADGEX PUZZLED OUT WHY TRADITIONAL BIOLOGICAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS CAN’T PURIFY MODERN WASTEWATER

Recently, the world population and the level of industrialization have been growing, which leads to an increase in the volume of wastewater. However, modern wastewater is increasingly becoming a cause of environmental damage due to the development of technological progress, which has radically changed the composition of wastewater and made it complex in configuration.
