ADGEX is announcing Annual General Meeting to be held in our representative office of ADGEX Russia located at Suite 101, Level 1, 140 “E” Leninskiy Prospect, Saint-Petersburg, Russian Federation on 18 of December 2018 at 12:00PM Moscow time.
The AGM is an important forum for ADGEX and a key part of our approach to governance. It gives our shareholders the opportunity to consider the performance of the Company alongside the Board and senior management team and to vote on the items of business. Shareholders, proxy holders and corporate representatives are also eligible to ask questions during the AGM.
