ADGEX presents a universal complex solution based on the greenBLAZE mobile complex, which is able to solve the issue of recycling used car tires 100% on a turnkey basis, regardless of their quantity, size, manufacturer, amount of polymer sheeting, metalcore and tire decomposition stage.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS of the Tire Disposal and Recycling Line

All consecutive tires stored in landfill sites are loaded into the Receiving Bunker (1). There are at least 2 receiving hoppers in the scheme. hoppers, each of which acts as a storage tank. The filled hopper provides a supply of tires for the continuous operation of the tires recycling and disposal line.
The tires are automatically fed from the receiving hopper to the Shredder (2), where they are shredded to the required fraction including metalcore fragments. After shredding, the tires are automatically fed by the Screen Transporter (3) into the intake hopper of the Processor greenBLAZE (4) for recycling
Inside the greenBLAZE processor, a degassing chamber heats and oxidises all carbon-containing materials used in the tires manufacturing process. As a result of the complete thermal decomposition of carbon-containing materials in the main oxidation chamber produces pyrolysis liquid and combustible gas. Graphite (soot) is formed as an ash residue with inclusions of metalcore fragments.
The SHC (Synthesis of Hydrocarbon Compounds) Unit (5)serves for deeper processing of pyrolysis liquid and obtaining from it products with specified parameters (boiler fuel and/or pyrolysis oil).
Boiler fuel and pyrolysis oil are commercially viable energy products in their own right. energy products are in commercial demand. However, in case of customer interest, the line is equipped with a SSF (Synthesis of Synthetic Fuel) Unit (6), which can be used to produce from boiler fuel and pyrolysis oil, synthetic fuels (diesel, petrol, methanol, acetylene, spirit, etc.
The waste from the greenBLAZE processor is a mixture of ash and metal (molten metal court). This mixture is fed to the MagneticTransporter (7), passing through which the cleaned metal is selected, which can be further utilised for the production of metal products and metal structures. Meanwhile graphite (ash residue) is accumulated in the AshCollector (8).
The partial oxidation reaction in the greenBLAZE processor, which occurs with with the release of heat. This heat can be utilised for commercial purposes for which purpose it is removed through the heat exchanger of the Heart Acquisition Unit (9). In summer, the unused heat is discharged into the atmosphere
The exhaust gases from the combustion of non-decomposed organic residues are fed to the Exhaust Gases Ecological Purification Unit (10).
The greenBLAZE line is controlled by the operator viaMeasuring and Control Station (11) with automatic control system.
Commercial application of refined products

По качеству превосходит мазут, получаемый из сырой нефти на нефтеперерабатывающем заводе.
  • Boiler fuels are ideal for for use in boilers. It is analogue of M-100 fuel oil and its use does not require any conversion of boilers. Boiler fuel gives 25-30% more heat than fuel oil. The viscosity of pyrolysis fuel is lower than that of fuel oil, therefore the fuel doesn’t have to be heated up for good atomisation by nozzles — even in winter.
  • Boiler fuel can also be used as as an analogue of diesel fuel.
  • 1 litre of boiler fuel replaces 1.88 m3 of natural gas and exceeds the the amount of released heat and combustion efficiency.
  • Boiler fuel does not contain aggressive substances, as heavy metals in tires go into the ash and are not recovered.
  • Boiler fuel does not have a sharp unpleasant odor.
  • Boiler fuel can be used as industrial oil of class I.
The obtained Boiler fuel is characterised by the following physical and chemical parameters:
  • High density — 985 кг/cm3.
  • Optimum viscosity — 6,97%.
  • Low sulphur content — not more than 0,5% (high sulphur content in fuel leads to wear and tear of equipment, harms environment)
  • Low ash content — 0,08% (littile non combustible residue).
  • Fuel solidification temperature — from -53 °С.
  • Lower heat of combustion — 45 400 кДж/кг.
  • Flash point in a closed crucible — 47 °С.

Pyrolysis oil is a dark liquid consisting mainly of unsaturated and aromatic hydrocarbons, has a very low viscosity and a very low freezing point solidification temperature. The content of fuel fractions with boiling point range from 60 to 350°C is 85% vol., with up to 47% vol. petrol fraction with boiling point in the range of 60-200°С.
  • Pyrolysis oil is mainly used in as a boiler fuel, i.e. it is essentially it is an alternative fuel to replace fuel oil, waste oil, diesel heating oil.
  • Pyrolysis oil has good potential to be used as a feedstock for the production of high quality synthetic fuels.
  • Pyrolysis oil can be used as Class I industrial oil.

Graphite (carbon) is used for refractory materials, electrical machinery and plants, in chemical, mining, as well as in manufacturing. It is also used to make is also used to make lead pencils, paints, coatings, and batteries. Graphite is also used as a feedstock for methane and propane.

Flammable gas, once purified, can be used in all areas where propane is used. For example, as a fuel for vehicles with gas-powered vehicles, as fuel for domestic cookers, in specialised heating devices and as a fuel for gas-piston engines to generate electricity. The mixture of gas and oxygen is used for metal cutting in gas cutting tools.
