Working line layout

Fresh chicken litter, pigsties and cattle manure are naturally strong and fast-acting organic fertilisers. fast-acting organic fertilisers, but in fresh form they are extremely toxic and can cause burns and death to plants.
ADGEX offers the supply of a line for the production of fresh agrophemical waste as a biologically effective and environmentally friendly organomineral fertiliser of high quality. The output fertiliser contains a balanced composition of of nutrients and minerals in a form easily accessible to plants and soil.
Description of the line’s operation

Description of the line’s operation

Description of the line’s operation:
  • 1. Liquid manure and litter, as well as flush effluent from bird houses, pigsties and cowsheds are transported and conveyed to the receiving well.
  • 2. Further in the separator-dehydrator there is a technological separation of waste into liquid and solid fraction.
  • 3. The liquid fraction (effluent) is further purified and neutralised on the technological line using reVODA reactor, where oxidation of the effluent medium takes place, decomposition of oil products, neutralisation of fats, paraffins, phenols, reduction of COD and removal of heavy metals.
  • 4. After treatment and purification of the effluent on the reVODA line, a fugate is formed, which by its composition is a lime fertiliser and is used for irrigation.
In times of the year when there is no irrigation, it is advisable to collect the resulting fugate in lagoons. In the event if the customer does not need to receive the fugate for irrigation, after the neutralisation line of liquid fractions, a treatment line is installed to discharge the treated water into the sewage system or a fishery water body.
  • 5. Squeezed solid organic mass with humidity up to 60% after the rehydrator is fed to the technological line of drying on the basis of greenBLAZE processor.
  • 6. In the process of drying the organic mass goes through the process of homogenisation and the finished fertiliser is obtained in the form of soil-laden fertiliser.
  • 7. If it is necessary to pack the ready fertiliser into bags, it is sent to the granulation and packaging unit.
The value of the fertiliser produced

The value of the fertiliser produced

The value of the fertilizer produced:
  • The fertiliser retains all the beneficial properties and nutrients for plants and soil contained in raw manure and litter.
  • The fertiliser is perfectly balanced and consists of organic compounds in an easily digestible • form: carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and trace elements.
  • Heavy metals are neutralised in the fertiliser.
  • The fertiliser is fully sanitised and free of pathogenic microflora, present in litter and manure, • as well as weed seeds, pesticides and herbicides.
  • The fertiliser has no unpleasant odour and is absolutely safe for users.
  • The fertiliser is made without the use of any chemicals. It is non-toxic, does not form harmful • and toxic compounds in soil, air and sewage.
Benefits for agricultural producers in usage of organomineral fertiliser

Benefits for agricultural producers in usage of organomineral fertiliser

  • After preparing the soil with our fertiliser, colloidal solutions are formed in the soil, in which soil bacteria begin intensive development. As a result, the life of anaerobic bacteria and the quality of the soil is improved. humus, nutrients, humic acids and other SCI, necessary for soil life and plant growth are formed
  • Due to the unique quality and composition of our fertilizer the user does not need to use other organic and/or mineral fertilisers, as well as herbicides and growth regulators.
  • Useful biologically active substances are suspended in our fertiliser, so the leaching of these from the soil happen to a much lesser extent than when using mineral fertilisers.
  • The perfect combination of nutrients in our fertilizer accelerates the formation and ripening of fruit, increases yields, extends shelf life of agricultural products, inhibits the formation of mould and fungus.
  • Due to its composition and biological purity, the fertiliser is mildly active, so there is no danger of 'overfeeding or scorching' even when used in large quantities.
  • All of our fertilisers can be applied to acidic soils in order to to alkalise and bring the Ph of the soil to a value of 6 to 9 units, which saves farmers from additional lime application to the fields.
