The AGM is an important forum for ADGEX and a key part of our approach to governance. It gives our shareholders the opportunity to consider the performance of the Company alongside the Board and senior management team and to vote on the items of business. Shareholders, proxy holders and corporate representatives are also eligible to ask questions during the AGM.
Due to expansion of operational activity and market development, we are delighted to intimate that ADGEX Limited is moving to a different office suite, located in North Sydney among the other Engineering Companies.
